Our History

The man in this inspirational story, hailing from a humble background, exemplifies the transformative power of hard work and dedication. His journey began in Punjab in 1996, where he embarked on a career in the bakery industry. Over the course of a decade, he diligently learned the intricacies of the trade. In 2006, he moved to Patna, only to notice a distinct absence of cream cake bakeries in the area. Undaunted by this challenge, he joined Sweet Home and dedicated seven years to perfecting his baking skills.

While nurturing dreams of entrepreneurship, he temporarily accepted a job offer from Delta Nutritives, where he served as a technical chef for Bihar & Jharkhand. In this role, he passionately innovated new recipes and unique cake designs, which he eagerly shared with bakeries across India. During this time, he saved a portion of his salary to acquire bakery equipment, driven by his unwavering passion for the craft.

Armed with the necessary equipment and fueled by his unwavering determination, he ventured into the bakery business, initially facing skepticism but drawing inspiration from the success of Flipkart. Today, with eight thriving branches in Bihar, he aspires to expand his bakery empire nationwide. His commitment to his craft and his journey exemplify the extraordinary heights one can reach through persistence and dedication.

Sweet Home: 7 years at Alankar Palace, Patna, where he honed his bakery skills.

Delta Nutritives Pvt. Ltd. 2 years as a Technical Chef for Bihar and Jharkhand, contributing to recipe innovation and cake designs.

Shineroad Foods (India) Private Limited: Serving as a Technical Chef for Bihar and Jharkhand.

He gained recognition for his designer cakes, including themes like the jungle theme. Moreover, he played a pivotal role in training chefs from various companies. His journey highlights his ability to overcome challenges and the remarkable impact of his unwavering commitment to his craft.

In addition to his bakery business, he actively participates in the "Raj-Rasoi" program on Doordarshan and maintains a YouTube channel, where he shares his culinary expertise and accomplishments with a wider audience. His story serves as an inspiring testament to the possibilities that can be achieved through hard work and an unyielding dedication to pursuing one's passion, regardless of one's humble beginnings.
